We look forward to seeing you on campus. Before you begin your studies, here is a quick to-do list:
All students must confirm their full participation according to NYITCOM Technical Standards. To accept your seat in the entering class, please submit your $1,500 nonrefundable tuition deposit and return the Acceptance Reply Form before the deadline stated in your acceptance email by following these instructions:

- Log in to .
- Click on 鈥淪tudent Service Hub.鈥
- Click on 鈥淢y Student Account.鈥
- Select 鈥淢y Account.鈥
- Then select 鈥淢ake a Payment鈥 on the left.
- Look for the 鈥淭uition (Enrollment) Deposit鈥 tile and click 鈥淰iew Details.鈥
- A window to the right will come up where you enter the amount as $1500. Under the term, you will select 鈥淭erm 2026鈥2027.鈥
- Select 鈥淎dd to Payment鈥 then 鈥淐ontinue.鈥
- On the next page, choose your payment method and then choose 鈥淐ontinue.鈥
- Complete the Acceptance Reply Form. Click on the link and follow the prompts. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Complete your 2026鈥2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available at . It is important to use NYITCOM’s code: E00546.
The State of Arkansas requires proof of two immunizations for MMR (Mumps, Rubella & Rubeola/Measles) prior to registration for classes. MMR records must be provided by a licensed physician, health department, military service, or an official record from another educational institution in Arkansas, acknowledging the vaccine type and dates of vaccine administration. Proof can be emailed to comjbregistrar@nyit.edu, faxed to 870.680.8800, or mailed to: NYITCOM at Arkansas State University, P.O. Box 119, State University, AR 72467.
Due to the widespread requirement of hospitals, clinics, and other medical centers across the United States for students working in their facilities to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, NYITCOM has maintained its requirement for all medical students, both new to NYITCOM and currently enrolled students, to be fully vaccinated. NYITCOM requires the COVID-19 vaccination or application for a waiver of this requirement (due to medical or religious reasons) for all medical students. Please submit proof of the completed dose schedule of your COVID-19 vaccination or waiver application no later than two weeks after submitting your Acceptance Reply Form.
Students wishing to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination should complete .

The purpose of the D.O./Ph.D. program is to develop well-trained osteopathic physician-scientists through a comprehensive curriculum that integrates medicine and the life sciences, delivered through a combination of medical school and graduate school courses, combined with in-depth research experiences. NYITCOM expects to admit two to three students per year to the combined D.O./Ph.D. program and is committed to providing the students with financial support for all years. The curriculum and training of students will utilize a standard 2鈥3/4鈥2 model in which the admitted students will pursue their medical education in years 1鈥2 (preclinical) and in years 6鈥7 (clinical). Ph.D. training will take place in years 3鈥5/6, as well as over the summers. If you are interested in applying to the D.O./Ph.D. program, the required materials are listed below.

Selected candidates from the applicant pool will be interviewed by the program director and admissions committee members.
The link to the online D.O./Ph.D. application will be provided to you in your Acceptance Reply Form confirmation email. The deadline to submit the application is May 10, 2026. After that date, please contact DOPhD@nyit.edu to discuss your interest in the program with the program director, Dong Zhang, Ph.D.
NYITCOM has partnered with Arkansas State University to offer two on-campus housing options to our students: The Circle Apartments, a five-minute walk from Wilson Hall, offer one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units that are fully furnished, have full kitchens, and include all utilities, including cable and wireless internet. The Village Apartments, another on-campus facility, has limited housing for students who will be bringing a spouse and/or children with them. For more information on student housing, visit the .

- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended are required prior to Orientation. The undergraduate/graduate university granting your degree must state the degree and date conferred on the final, official transcript. After you have confirmed your enrollment, visit your 鈥淪tudent Service Hub鈥 for missing documents. Choose the 鈥淢y Tasks鈥 tile to see your To-Do List items. If you have any To Do List items or a Hold, click on each individual item for information and instructions, including which department to contact to resolve the item. Please allow some time for the transcript and CBC “To Do List Items” to be updated.
Please send any updated or missing official transcripts not submitted to AACOMAS directly to NYITCOM. Students completing their degree in June 2026 or after should check that the conferred degree appears on the transcript prior to ordering it. Health Insurance
You will receive information from the Office of Student Administration after April 1, 2026. Students admitted prior to April 1, 2026, and before June 1, 2026, will have 14 days to submit the required forms. Students admitted after June 1, 2026, will have 7 days to submit forms.
Orientation
You are required to attend orientation to learn about the curriculum, student services, and campus life; get to know your future classmates, faculty, and staff; and get ready for life in medical school. Information about orientation will be forthcoming in the Spring of 2026.
Supplies
You will be given a list of supplies you will need before the beginning of class. These supplies include, but are not limited to, medical equipment (paid for by the students) and scrubs and white coat (both paid for by NYITCOM). Students will be contacted about ordering these items.
All payments are due to 黑料导航 by April 15, 2026. Learn how to pay your tuition bill. Payments for optional NYITCOM at Arkansas State University services, such as housing, meal plans, and parking, are due as indicated by A-State.
