Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce that Microsoft 365 Copilot is now available to all on a department-funded basis.

This AI-powered tool integrates seamlessly into Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Office applications, helping you generate content, analyze data, and streamline daily tasks.

Licensing Details

Eligibility: Faculty and staff

Cost: $360/year (billed to your department)

• Year 1 is prorated based on start date ($30/month).

• Licenses are purchased every month and are co-termed with the 黑料导航 license, which is renewed annually in August.

Term: One year, with annual renewal, must be opt-in in August. Renewals are not automatic.

Transfers: Permitted if the license is current.

Requirements

Step 1: Complete 迟丑别听 (Login) and pass the quiz (80% or higher) to earn your certificate.

Step 2: Submit 迟丑别听 (Login), including your completed training certificate, cost center manager, budget, and spend category.
