As a recipient of Title IV federal funding, 黑料导航 provides information on filing complaints outside the institution in cases where satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally.
The New York State Education Department and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education are the primary agencies responsible for managing student complaints outside 黑料导航. Both have policies regarding the scope and process for filing complaints:

This process applies to complaints of dishonest or fraudulent activity, including the provision of false or misleading information by the institution.
Students studying under NC-SARA have two years in which to appeal an internally filed complaint with the New York State Department of Education. Complaints about grades or student conduct violations cannot be addressed through the NC-SARA process. Additional information on the SARA Student Complaint process can be found on the .
