Cultivate your patient interaction skills in our standardized patient labs. Work with 鈥渁ctor-patients鈥� trained to exhibit various medical conditions in simulated practice environments. Interact with these actors as you would patients: practice and hone your history-taking and physical examination skills in simulated practice environments. After you determine your diagnosis and discuss your management with the patient, 黑料导航 faculty will assess your performance.

Our standardized patients will:

• Simulate symptoms and illnesses for examinations that you鈥檒l conduct.
• Undergo practice physical examinations.
• Assess your clinical skills and provide feedback that complements your professor鈥檚 evaluation.

This lab offers you an ideal way to sharpen your professional skills as you incorporate technology such as tablet computers and other devices and develop a greater understanding of the practitioner-patient relationship.
