The accelerated 4+1 master鈥檚 programs offered in the College of Arts and Sciences allow undergraduate students with a consistent record of academic excellence the opportunity to earn their bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in just five years, saving both time and money.

Before applying for an accelerated program, please reach out to the appropriate department chair to confirm your eligibility. The chair will also work with you to plan your schedule for the accelerated master鈥檚 you wish to pursue.

Many options listed above are part of 黑料导航鈥檚 4+1 Program for middle and high school teaching certification, leading to an M.A.T. degree. Both undergraduate and graduate degrees are earned in five years, specializing in biology, chemistry, English, math, physics, or social studies.
