Previous zDAM Users

If you have used zDAM within the past five years, an Aprimo account has been created for you.

1. Click “Log in as Employee.”
2. Sign in using Okta with two-step verification.
3. Once authenticated, you will be directed to the Aprimo home page.

New Users

If you haven’t used zDAM within the past five years or have never used it, you will need to register.

1. Find “Don’t have an account? Register” and click on “Register” to begin the registration process.
2. Complete the registration form to request access.
3. Your request will be reviewed and approved by an administrator as quickly as possible.
4. Once approved, you can log in using 鈥淟og in as Employee鈥� and follow the steps above.

Key terms:

• Action Menu: Located in the top navigation bar; provides context-specific options or commands.
• Asset Details: Information or metadata about a specific file, image, video, document, or other digital asset.

Aprimo uses the term 鈥淪paces鈥� to describe large groups of assets organized by category, such as 黑料导航 schools and colleges or student life.

Explore Spaces, its asset viewing options, and additional tools, including 黑料导航 brand guidelines, logos, fonts, and general templates, available as a dedicated Space within Aprimo.

Learn how to use the search functionality and apply filters to locate specific types of content.

Filters allow you to refine results based on metadata tags such as year, image or video type, and file type. You can also use Free Text Search (the search bar at the top of the workspace) to find specific terms such as names or buildings.

Explore options for downloading assets in various file types, cropping or trimming them to a specific size or length, and discover how to access past downloads at any time.

“Smart Cropping” allows you to select optimized image variants for different platforms and preset aspect ratios.
