2026 Open Enrollment Information

During Open Enrollment, you may review and make changes to your benefits elections for the 2026 plan year in Workday. We encourage you to review your current benefit elections, including dependent and beneficiary information, to ensure all details are accurate.

During Open Enrollment you may:

  • Change medical plans for 2026.
  • Enroll in a medical plan.
  • Waive your medical plan and enroll online in the Medical Waiver Bonus (Proof of other medical coverage is required).
  • Re-enroll in the Medical Waiver Bonus if you are currently enrolled in 2025 (Proof of other medical coverage is required).
  • Enroll in or waive dental coverage.
  • Enroll in a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Dependent Care SpendingAccount for 2026. Note: FSA elections do not roll over year after year. You must make a new election for 2026.
  •  Elect to contribute to your Health Savings Account (HSA).
    Note: This applies only for employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan who are not enrolled in Medicare. Health Savings Account (HSA) elections must be made on an annual basis.

All new enrollments and changes must be submitted in between Monday, November 3 and Friday, November 14.
