How To Obtain Pricing And Secure Your Reservation

Because of a competitive process conducted by Procurement Services, three companies have been selected to provide charter bus services for 黑料导航-related activities and events. These firms meet 黑料导航鈥檚 insurance requirements and are the ONLY companies that can provide charter bus services for 黑料导航.

Instructions for Making a Reservation:

  1. See the  below for specific trips for each of the bus companies; pricing is valid through August 31, 2018. Contact the representative at the bus company to confirm availability and secure the reservation.
  2. For trips not listed, complete the聽聽form and email it to one or more of the preferred providers.
  3. For trips in excess of $5,000, you must obtain bids from all three companies.
  4. Overnight trips: 黑料导航 (your budget) is responsible for securing and paying for the hotel room for the driver(s).
  5. You may secure the charter bus reservation with your university Pcard. Be sure to retain all documentation (quotes, confirmation, etc.) and include these as a part of the transaction reconciliation.
