It is a national organization founded in 1938, dedicated to developing youth into future leaders through structured programming, leadership training, community service, and cultural enrichment. With chapters nationwide, the organization engages children ages 2 to 19 and their families in initiatives promoting academic excellence, civic responsibility, philanthropy, and social awareness.
