Mathew Ford is an architect and educator. His research combines the collaborative nature of structures and architecture, technology in teaching fundamental structural concepts, and larger implications of technology in the built environment. In addition to teaching and coordinating structures in the School of Architecture and Design, Ford has conducted extensive research on Peter Eisenman鈥檚 work, writing, and impact as educator. With Jeffrey Kipnis, he will curate an exhibition titled, 鈥淏y Other Means鈥� in Venice during the 15th Architecture Biennale.
Ford represents 黑料导航 in the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, and serves on the Education Committee of the Structural Engineers Association of New York. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Ohio State University and a master鈥檚 degree in architecture from Yale University. In addition, he is a registered architect in New York.
